Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer\-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a fast\-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties: \- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner \- Take phone calls and place take out orders over phone \- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu \- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments \- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations \-Learn how to pack take out orders Qualifications: \- Strong hospitality and customer service skills \- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions \- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- Stand for long hours during shift Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $14\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
