Kitchen staff

* Texas Hamburger Company is hiring abled bodied individuals who would like to join our 20\+ man crew in providing a clean atmosphere, quality service, and delicious products. We are hiring Kitchen staff at a pay rate of $9\.50\-$10\.00 dollars a hour with a per hour tip system which can add an additional $1\.50\- $2\.00 based on tips earned and hours worked as a team. * Our hours of Staffing operation are Sunday\- Thursday 09am\-09pm Friday and Saturday 09am\-10pm Job requirements * **Core Responsibilities: Food Preparation** * Executing recipes as directed by the head manager or sous chef. * Plating dishes attractively for service for dine in or Take out. * Preparing ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats. * Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized. * Adhering to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment * Ensuring all food items are fresh and stored properly, sweeping floors, cleaning up spills, restocking service stations, certain dishes and silverware, taking out of trash(bags and boxes) assisting with cutting and prepping of certain products. * **Minimum requirements** at least 16 years old, possess a basic Food Handler Safety Certificate, and have the physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Will provide on the job training for first time workers in the industry. * **Experience:** Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting can be beneficial but is not mandatory * **Soft Skills:** Strong teamwork to collaborate with cashiers and kitchen staff, multitasking abilities under pressure, and basic customer service etiquette
