Insider / Team Member (Cashier, Prep, Pizza, Cleaning)

**Job Description:** We are seeking **reliable and hardworking Insider / Team Members** to join our Sarpino’s Pizzeria team. This is a **hands\-on, fast\-paced role** that requires flexibility, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance. Team Members are responsible for customer service, food preparation, cashiering, cleaning, and overall store support. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up as scheduled, and understands that teamwork and reliability are essential in a restaurant environment. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service * Operate the **FoodTec POS system** for order entry and payment processing * Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards * Assist with food prep to support timely service during peak hours * Wash dishes, clean workstations, floors, and restrooms * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store * Handle cash and card transactions accurately * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines * Communicate clearly with team members and management * Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations **Optional (if applicable):** * Deliver orders safely and on time using a personal vehicle * Provide professional customer service during deliveries **Qualifications \& Skills** * Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required * Ability to learn and use the **FoodTec POS system** * Strong reliability and consistent attendance * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling * Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards * Willingness to perform all tasks, including cleaning duties * Positive attitude and team\-oriented mindset * Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks **For Delivery Drivers (if applicable):** * Valid driver’s license * Reliable vehicle and
