Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail\-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will help ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced dental office environment. Our office is open M\-Th 9\-5\. **Responsibilities:** * Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience * Schedule and confirm patient appointments * Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility * Collect patient copayments and outstanding balances * Accurately enter and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) * Maintain and update patient records in the practice management system * Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries * Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to manage the daily schedule * Handle patient check\-in and check\-out * Ensure patient information and insurance details are entered correctly **Qualifications:** * **\*\*\*Must\*\*\*Minimum 1\-2 years DENTAL front desk experience** * Familiarity with dental insurance verification and EOB processing * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Basic computer proficiency and experience with dental software is a plus * Ability to work well in a team environment **Benefits:** * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Paid time off * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for growth Pay: From $24\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Experience: * Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
