Retail Associate for our 3rd Location We're a bohemian lifestyle store and are looking for free spirits to join our team as **Retail Sales Associate** to work at our new location in Polaris Fashion Place, Columbus, Ohio. We're looking for someone with a **positive attitude** who loves helping customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. **In this role, you will:** * Help customers find products and make sales. * Keep the store clean and organized. * Handle transactions and manage inventory. * Support store goals and promotions. * Work independently and as part of a team. **We require:** * Previous retail experience, ideally managing a store independently. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to lift medium boxes and use a ladder. * Comfortable standing for extended periods. * Availability for varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Work during holiday season. **Bonus points if you have:** * Knowledge of crystals and bohemian apparel. **We offer:** * Competitive pay based on experience. * Employee discounts on all products. **Job Types:** Full\-time, Part\-time (45\-52 hours/week expected for full\-time).
