THE ROLE When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include: Maintain updated vaccine requirements and Ensure Timely Completion of All Medical Screenings * Maintaining system\-wide student medical and immunization records; * Processing state required screenings including vision, hearing, scoliosis, and ANTES screenings; * Ensuring compliance with HIPPA, FERPA, and other national standards to protect the privacy of student health information; Accurate \& Timely Clinic Documentation in Skyward * Inputting student health data into the student information system within 48 hours; * Maintaining sign\-in sheets, incident reports, and medication logs for students; * Processing and adhering to the stude
