We are looking for caring, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. Responsibilities * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: * Bathing * Dressing * Grooming * Toileting * Mobility and transfers * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. * Perform light housekeeping and laundry. * Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration unless authorized). * Escort clients to appointments and community activities as needed. * Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition. * Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. * Follow individualized care plans and agency policies. Qualifications * Valid HHA or PCA certification (preferred, depending on assignment) * Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently * Reliable transportation * Valid driver's license (preferred) * Ability to pass: * CORI Background Check * Reference Check * Employment Eligibility Verification * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)/ EHR systems for medical documentation * Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
