As a Caregiver, you're the face of our business — providing hands\-on assistance, companionship, and dignity to clients who need help with daily life. **?** **What You'll Do** * ? Assist clients with activities of daily living — personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility * ? Provide companionship and genuine emotional support * ? Help with light housekeeping — meal prep, laundry, and tidying up * ? Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings * ? Monitor and report changes in a client's health or behavior * ? Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment * ? Follow each client's care plan and document visits accurately **?** **What You Bring** * A compassionate, empathetic attitude — reliable, punctual, and trustworthy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to follow care plans and instructions * Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks * TB test within the last 6 months Current TB screening (within the last 6 months), or willingness to obtain one before your first assignment * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (when required), Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance if driving clients or traveling between assignments is required. * Ability to pass a background check (we use Guardian) and drug screening Ability to successfully complete all pre\-employment scre
