And today our services have a profound impact on more than 1,300 people and their families. ### **What You'll Do** As a Janitorial Team Member, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities by: * Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairways, offices, and common areas. * Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and glass surfaces. * Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners. * Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. * Communicating supply, equipment, maintenance, or safety needs to the Lead Janitor. * Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service. ### ### **What Success Looks Like** In this role, you'll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high\-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
