This role starts with a structured training period of approximately **2–4 weeks**, with the goal of transitioning you into a full\-time position operating a mobile salon independently. **What You’ll Be Responsible For** * Providing exceptional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, de\-shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and haircuts * Safely handling pets of different sizes, temperaments, and grooming needs * Working with patience and confidence, especially with anxious, senior, or special\-needs pets * Become First Aid/CPR and Fear Free certified (Company sponsored) * Reading body language and using sound judgment to support a safe, low\-stress grooming experience * Building trust with clients through professionalism, communication, and consistent quality * Cleaning and maintaining the mobile salon, grooming tools, and supplies **What We’re Looking For** * At least **2 years of professional grooming experience** * Strong grooming skills in bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and haircutting * Strong understanding of animal handling, safety, and restraint techniques * Experience with anxious, senior, or special\-needs pets preferred * Cat grooming experience is a plus * Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue developing your skills * History of continued educat
