No Weekends! **Duties** * Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and quality. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the food prep area, following food safety management practices. * Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to meet health regulations. * Support customer service efforts by engaging with guests, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive experience. * Manage time effectively during busy hours to keep service fast and efficient. * Help with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning workstations as needed. **Qualifications** * Prior food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! * Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. * Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices. * Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. * Customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome. * Basic math skills
