In this role, you will own the real estate and field execution spine of Nexamp’s distributed generation portfolio from late-stage development through construction and into operations.  This role is directly responsible for landowner communications, rent payment/tracking, creating purchase orders, lease amendment and easement execution, field coordination, tax filing administration, and Phase I ESA workflows, ensuring that every project has clean, financeable land rights and supporting documentation. By closing gaps on the ground and in the record, the Portfolio Operations Specialist protects project value, reduces closing and construction risk, and keeps projects within portfolios finance ready. This role will be hybrid based out of our Boston office. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan.
