If you’re eager to learn and excited to contribute to a fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you! </h6> <h5>What you’ll do</h5> <ul> <li>Communicate with international customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone. </li> <li>Provide personalized advice on size, fit, and style to enhance each customer’s journey. </li> <li>Manage order-related questions, deliveries, and returns in a structured, accurate way. </li> <li>Use CRM and internal tools to track conversations, resolve cases, and deliver timely updates. </li> <li>Represent Suitsupply with a professional, helpful tone every time. </li> </ul> <h5>Who you are</h5> <ul> <li>Experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment. </li> <li>Tech-comfortable: confident using customer service platforms or learning new tools quickly. </li> <li>A strong communicator who writes clearly, listens actively, and adapts to customer tone. </li> <li>Curious and driven by a growth mindset; you take feedback and run with it. </li> <li>Accountable and proactive; you take ownership and follow through with care. </li> <li>Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong plus. </li> <li>Able to work 5 days a week on-site at our Suitsupply HQ. </li> <li>Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts from home. </li> </ul> <h5>What you will get</h5> <ul> <li>Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off. </li> <li>Growth: We see your potential as a key asset.
