The Housekeeping Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering those experiences by maintaining outstanding cleanliness and service throughout the hotel. **What You’ll Do:** As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations and lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. **Key responsibilities include:*** Lead and supervise the housekeeping team including room attendants, laundry staff, and public space attendants. * Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards. * Conduct routine inspections of rooms and hotel spaces. * Coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules based on occupancy levels. * Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and department budgets. * Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and guest service expectations. * Respond to guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness promptly and professionally. * Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest\-ready. * Maintain compliance with safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines. **What We’re Looking For:** The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. **Qualifications include:*** Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment. * Prior supervisory or management experience preferred. * Strong leadership and team development skills. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Commitment to hig
