Labcorp is seeking a **Plumber** to join our team in **Tampa, FL.** **Work Schedule: Monday \- Friday 7:00am \- 4:00pm (rotating weekends \& on call as needed).** **Job Responsibilities** * Diagnose plumbing issues, identify leaks, and unblock clogged drains * Measure, cut, bend, and assemble pipes; install water heaters, toilets, and plumbing fixtures * Read blueprints and adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations * Provide cost estimates and clearly explain repair options * Conduct routine inspections of piping networks to prevent future emergencies * Coordinate repairs with department supervisors and ensure completion of assigned work * Perform additional duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Valid state\-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license * 2 years or more of experience as a residential or commercial plumber. **Preferred Qualifications** * Completion of an apprenticeship or trade school certificate program. * 3 years or more of experience as a residential or commercial plumber **Additional Job Standards** * Ability to safely use and maintain standard plumbing tools * Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
