We're hiring a Hospice Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) – a compassionate and dependable caregiver who provides hands\-on support to patients in their homes. You're passionate about supporting patients and families with grace and dignity through daily care and companionship. **What You'll Be Doing** * Provide daily support to patients through feeding, bathing, cleaning, and other activities of daily living * Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families * Regularly commute to various patient locations to provide continuous care * Assist with basic medical tasks under the supervision of licensed professionals * Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team **Qualifications** * Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications required * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required * Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening **Why Choose Silverado?** * Fortune Magazine Best
