Job Title: Bakery Assistant / Cookie Production Assistant Company: COOKITOSLocation: Raleigh/Durham, NCPay: $15/hour \+ tips when applicableJob Type: Part\-Time / Weekend Availability Required COOKITOS is hiring a Bakery Assistant to join our growing cookie bakery team. We specialize in freshly baked gourmet stuffed cookies and are looking for someone reliable, organized, fast, and detail\-oriented to help with bakery production, packaging, cleaning, and preparing orders for our kiosk, online sales, and events. Responsibilities: * Assist with cookie production, including dough prep, weighing, portioning, filling, and shaping cookies * Follow recipes and production instructions carefully * Bake, cool, package, and label cookies properly * Help prepare inventory for kiosk, events, farmers markets, and online orders * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food\-safe at all times * Wash dishes, sanitize workstations, and maintain equipment * Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies * Assist with packing orders and checking product quality * Support the team during busy production days Requirements: * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions * Must be comfortable working in a fast\-paced kitchen environment * Must be able to stand for long periods of time * Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when needed * Must have strong attention to detail * Must be available weekends and some holidays * Previous bakery, kitchen, food service, or prep experience is preferred but not required * Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn Preferred Skills: * Baking or food prep experience * Bakery, restaurant, café, or catering experience * Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge * Good organization and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: * Part\-time hours available * Weekend availability required * Morning, daytime, and event shifts may be available * Schedule may vary based on production n
