**Founding Plasma Center Operations \& Development Consultant Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced plasma donation center, blood bank, biologics, or FDA\-regulated healthcare operations professional to help us evaluate, design, build, and launch an independent compensated plasma donation center in Colorado. This is not a routine operations role. We are looking for someone who can help build the company from the ground up, including regulatory planning, operational design, staffing structure, SOP development, vendor selection, medical oversight planning, quality systems, donor workflow, facility readiness, and buyer/fractionator relationship strategy. The ideal candidate has direct experience in plasma collection, source plasma operations, blood banking, biologics, FDA\-regulated healthcare operations, donor center leadership, quality assurance, or a closely related field. Experience with compensated plasma operations is strongly preferred. This role may begin as a consulting, fractional, or contract position, with the potential to grow into a leadership role depending on fit, project progress, and business needs. Key Responsibilities * Help evaluate the feasibility of opening an independent compensated plasma donation center in Colorado. * Advise ownership on source plasma versus clinical/transfusion plasma business models. * Help identify regulatory, operational, financial, staffing, and facility requirements before launch. * Assist with FDA\-related planning, quality systems, SOPs, donor eligibility workflow, documentation standards, emergency procedures, equipment needs, and compliance infrastructure. * Help develop the operational blueprint for a plasma collection center, including donor flow, staffing model, chair count, hours of operation, safety procedures, and quality controls. * Assist with identifying and evaluating vendors for apheresis equipment, donor management software, lab/testing services, biohazard disposal, supplies, insurance, and fa
