**Starting Wage:** $20\.00 per Hour
**Wage Increase:** $22\.00 per Hour After 1040 Hours of Service in This Position

This position serves as a bridge between frontline officers, clients, and management. Lead Officers play a critical role in supporting operations, maintaining quality, mentoring team members, and ensuring important information is communicated accurately throughout the organization.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Lead Security Officers combine frontline security responsibilities with leadership duties.
Assignments vary by site and client needs, but successful Lead Officers consistently:
* Support and mentor officers during their shifts
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Promote professionalism and accountability
* Help resolve problems before they become larger issues
* Ensure critical information is communicated accurately between shifts
