Pipe Welder

We have an immediate need for 2nd shift pipe welders and a leadman in fabrication shop in Blythewood, SC. Standard hours will be (5\-10's) 4:00pm\-2:30pm for 2nd with optional Saturdays. Training will be on days (6:00am\-4:30pm Monday\-Friday) for roughly the first two months. Welders and leadman will be required to pass the following: * Weld testing requirements: Four (4\) side bends per test TIG: 6G\-2" XXH \- 3\-hour max \- no grinding after fit up inspection GMAW: 3G \- 3/8" plate \- 2\-hour maximum \- grinding of tie\-ins and high spots is allowed, though any individual area of grinding beyond approximately 1" is not acceptable * GMAW‑STT: Root (vertical down) * GMAW‑P: Fill and cap (vertical up) **NO PER DIEM PAID FOR THIS ROLE.** Qualified candidates will be also be able to pass criminal background check, pre\-employment drug test and physical Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $30\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you require Per Diem to work in Blythewood, SC?
