Aftermarket Sales Consultant

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an **Aftermarket Sales Consultant** to join our dealership's sales teams in Deer Park and Tottenham. In this role, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service to find the right aftermarket products that suit their needs. **This includes but is not limited to:** * Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on presenting them with a range of aftermarket products that suit their needs and requirements * Liaising with suppliers and internal departments and co\-ordinating vehicle preparation. * Inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery to ensure the application/installation of aftermarket products has been carried out correctly * Effectively communicating explanations of product warranties * Maintaining all documentation relating to aftermarket operations * Customer follow\-up calls **The successful applicant will:** * Have previous sales experience * Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's * Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges * Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills * Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record **What we offer:** We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people through development and growth, both personally and professionally.
