The Role Our Creative Lead is overwhelmed with work, and we're eager to find someone who can assist him in visualizing concepts and ideas — someone who's fluent in both classic design craft **and** modern AI\-assisted workflows. This position could lead to a full\-time permanent position. **Position type:** Part\-time, paid internship **Compensation:** $18/hour **Location:** Toronto Who We're Looking For * Professional, friendly, and respectful, with a passion for learning more * A natural problem solver * Able to demonstrate creative thinking by showcasing clever design and visual concepts * Strong understanding and practice of design fundamentals and current design trends * **Hands\-on experience with AI creative tools** — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and image\-generation tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly (generative fill in Photoshop, etc.) — and the judgment to know when (and when not) to use them * Comfortable building creative AI\-based workflows: writing effective prompts, chaining tools together, and iterating quickly to explore and refine visual concepts * High competence with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) * Understanding of design
