**Overview** **Shift:** Monday \- Friday 7:00AM \-4:00PM (1 hour lunch break) Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Pre\-K 3 Teacher for the 2026\-27 school year! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting dedicated to excellence in early childhood education. **Duties** * Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of three\-year\-old children, incorporating best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methods where applicable * Design engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social\-emotional learning through interactive activities and play\-based learning * Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful environment * Support children’s individual growth through early intervention techniques and specialized instruction for children with special education needs * Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies by accurately documenting incidents and maintaining confidentiality * Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child progress and classroom activities * Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and safety for children in care. * Be able to lift up to 25 lbs , stoop, bend, and stand **Required Education:** * Minimum of a Pre\-School CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. **Skills** * Extensive experience in preschool teaching w
