You make every drink to standard and fast, you run a clean and stocked bar, and you turn the people in front of you into regulars. The bar is a destination in our venues, and you set its tone. You also control the bottles and the drawer, so we count on you to pour to standard, ring in everything, and handle cash honestly every single time. Great bartending is craft, hospitality, and integrity at the same time. **One Team, One Bar** In our venues, nobody stands around while the room needs something. When the floor needs it, everyone crosses over — you’ll run food, help servers, support the door, and jump in wherever the room needs a hand.
