You’re the face of the visit — you set the tone, guide the order, sell the food and drinks you believe in, keep the pace right, and send people out planning their next visit. Great serving is equal parts hospitality and hustle: you read every table, anticipate what they need, and run a tight, accurate section while making it look easy. You also handle guests’ money and our checks, so we count on you to be accurate and honest every single time. **One Team, One Floor** In our venues, nobody stands around while the room needs something. When the floor needs it, everyone crosses over — you’ll run food to other sections, help bus and reset, back up the bar and the door, and jump in wherever the room needs a hand.
