**Overview** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high\-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills in a fast\-paced environment committed to excellence and safety. **Duties** * Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal components. * Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), Steel / Aluminum/ Stainless * Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and structural components. * Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure proper fit and alignment. * Operate rigging equipment, forklifts, and machining tools safely during fabrication and assembly processes. * Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for complex projects * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols related to construction site operations and manufacturing environments. **Experience** * Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with a focus on metal fabrication. * Demonstrated proficiency in MIG, TIG, welding techniques in accordance with AWS standards. * Hands\-on experience with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, shop math, and mechanical fabrication processes. * Familiarity with the operation of plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and pipe threading equipment. * Knowledge of construction or fabrication shop safety practices inc
