While our days are active and productive, we consciously cultivate an environment that is **collaborative, supportive, and low\-stress**. **Position Summary** * **Role:** Medical Assistant (MA) or Nurse (LPN / RN) * **Status:** Part\-Time (approx. 10\-20 hours per week; specific schedule to be discussed) * **Location:** In\-Office We are seeking a versatile, highly autonomous, and detail\-oriented professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships with patients. Working side\-by\-side with the physician in a small\-office environment, you will handle a true hybrid role: managing key business operations (including basic billing) while remaining fully hands\-on clinically, with the capability to run patient testing independently. **Key ResponsibilitiesHands\-On Clinical Testing \& Support** * **Independent Testing:** Set up, execute, and document entire clinical testing exams independently (including EKGs, spirometry, point\-of\-care lab tests, and vision/hearing screenings). * **Patient Intake:** Room patients, take accurate vital signs, document chief complaints, and reconcile medications in the EMR. * **Procedures \& Care:** Assist the physician with minor in\-office procedures, administer injections/immunizations, and manage clinical inventory/supplies. * **Lifestyle Support:** Provide patients with practice\-approved resources and educational materials regarding lifestyle interventions. **Administrative \& Billing Operations** * **Billing Support:** Handle day\-
