**Position Summary:** Join our dynamic mobile mechanic team as an Entry Level/Growth Opportunity Mobile Mechanic! This role is a unique blend of customer service and hands\-on vehicle maintenance, designed to provide a pathway for career advancement within our growing mobile service. You’ll be the face of our company, directly interacting with customers to assess their vehicle needs, recommend appropriate services, and perform essential maintenance tasks on\-site. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely, high\-quality work. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all aspects of mobile vehicle service operations and develop your skills in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment. **Responsibilities:** * **Mobile Customer Service \& Sales (25%):** * Travel to customer locations to diagnose and address vehicle issues. * Provide friendly, professional customer service, explaining recommended services and answering questions. * Effectively communicate service options and pricing, driving sales through customer education. * Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. * **On\-Site Vehicle Maintenance (75%):** * Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations/replacements, fluid checks and refills, and battery replacements, directly at customer locations. * Utilize mobile diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle needs. * Maintain a clean and organized mobile van. * **Mobile Operations:** * Maintain accurate service records and documentation. * Manage inventory of supplies and tools within the mobile service vehicle. * Maintain the service vehicle. * Schedule and manage appointments. **Growth and Career Development:** * Assist senior mechanics and potentially take on leadership roles as you develop your skills. * Learn all aspects of mobile vehicle service operations, from diagnostics to customer management. * Receive on the job training, and further training as need
