Mind Over Roots is a growing endodontic specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care in a calming, patient\-centered environment. We have intentionally created a comfortable, mindful, and welcoming space designed to reduce anxiety and improve the patient experience. Our office features state\-of\-the\-art technology, paperless systems, aromatherapy, herbal teas, and thoughtful comforts that help patients feel at ease throughout their treatment.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, detail\-oriented Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care. Because many of our patients experience significant dental anxiety, empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
* Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
* Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments and equipment
* Clean, stock, and maintain operatories and clinical areas
* Assist the doctor chairside during endodontic procedures
* Monitor and support patient comfort throughout treatment
* Welcome and seat patients while creating a positive and reassuring experience
* Obtain medical histories, vital signs, and diagnostic radiographs
* Maintain accurate digital records and charting within practice software
* Support office organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
* Assist with inventory management and supply organization
* Maintain CPR certification and assist in ensuring emergency equipment and medications are current and readily available
* Participate in continuing education, training programs, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
* Registered Dental Assista
