Responsibilities: * **Floor Maintenance:** Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly. Strip, wax, and buff floors as required. * **Sanitization:** Thoroughly clean and disinfect high\-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen or break room fixtures. * **Dusting \& Polishing:** Dust furniture, ceilings, light fixtures, and windowsills. Polish fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance. * **Waste Management:** Empty all trash and recycling bins, and dispose of refuse according to facility guidelines. * **Supply Replenishment:** Monitor and restock hygiene supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. * **Reporting:** Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs. * **Post construction clean up** Qualifications: * **Experience:** Previous janitorial, residential, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift heavy objects (often up to 25 to 50 lbs). * **Knowledge of Chemicals:** Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and the proper dilution and use of chemical cleaners. * **Soft Skills:** Strong time management, self\-motivation, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
