Artist / Painter – Traditional Sign Painting (Will Train)

We're looking for a reliable helper to assist with traditional hand\-painted signs and related shop work. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the craft of sign painting. **Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation and masking * Mixing paints and cleaning brushes * Assisting with layouts and lettering projects * Sanding, priming, and general shop cleanup * Loading, unloading, and organizing materials * Helping with installations as needed **Requirements:** * Dependable with a strong work ethic * Willing to learn traditional sign painting techniques * Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Valid driver's license is a plus but not required **Experience:** No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right person. An interest in art, lettering, painting, or craftsmanship is a plus.
