**Responsibilities**
* Lead and deliver high\-quality group fitness classes and one\-on\-one coaching sessions, ensuring engaging and effective training experiences.
* Design personalized training programs that incorporate biomechanics, anatomy, physiology knowledge, and body mechanics to optimize client results.
* Mentor and train fitness staff and trainers, sharing best practices in coaching techniques, program development, and safety protocols.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments including fitness testing, biomechanics analysis, and health screenings to tailor programs appropriately.
* Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards by implementing proper manual handling techniques, CPR/AED operation, first aid procedures, and liability insurance protocols.
* Oversee the integration of health club policies related to heavy lifting, group fitness safety, and gym experience standards to maintain a secure environment.
* Promote excellent fitness customer service by addressing client needs proactively and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages ongoing engagement.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction within a health club or gym setting.
