**Job Summary**
As our Product Manager, you will be the bridge between market needs, design innovation and manufacturing excellence. Your work will directly shape how customers experience our brand and influence our market position. You will consider factors including product maturity, stakeholder needs, user base, usage, delivery, revenue, and data sources. You will engage with existing customers and design partners, create alignment with internal stakeholders, drive cross\-team initiatives, and maintain a pulse on market conditions that influence product strategy.
**What You'll Do**
* Own the full product lifecycle from market research and concept development to launch and post\-launch optimization.
* Conduct deep customer and market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, gaps, and opportunities in the product portfolio.
* Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet performance, cost and quality targets.
* Build and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, business goals and brand strategy.
* Partner with supply chain teams to ensure timely production and delivery, balancing efficiency with quality control.
* Monitor product performance metrics (sales, margin, customer feedback) and make data\-driven recommendations for improvements.
* Lead go\-to\-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
