Server/Bartender

Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests and present menus. * Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer customer questions. * Take accurate food and beverage orders. * Enter orders into the POS system. * Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. * Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. * Handle customer requests, complaints, or concerns courteously. * Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts. * Set up, clean, and reset tables. * Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations. * Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies. * Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Strong attention to detail. * Basic math and cash\-handling skills. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
