Artisan Baker – Silo \& Stone
Location: Dallas, TX
Position: Part\-Time to Full\-Time (Preferably Early Morning Schedule)

We specialize in fresh\-milled grains, naturally leavened sourdough, artisan breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and other handcrafted baked goods made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients.
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable baker who takes pride in craftsmanship and values consistency
What You’ll Do
● Prepare and bake artisan sourdough breads using natural fermentation
● Mix, shape, proof, and bake breads and pastries
● Produce cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and seasonal baked goods
● Work with freshly milled flour and premium ingredients
● Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
● Follow recipes while helping improve processes and efficiency
● Keep a clean, organized, and food\-safe workspace
● Assist with inventory, prep, and daily production planning
● Work early morning shifts to ensure fresh products are ready for customers
Qualifications
● 2\+ years of professional baking experience preferred
● Experience with sourdough or artisan bread production is highly desired
● Passion for scratch baking and traditional techniques
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
● Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
