<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Administrator with a strong background in CRM management—specifically HubSpot and Salesforce—to join our growing team. <p>CRM Administration:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).</li>
<li>Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance.</li>
</ul>
<p>Systems Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools.</li>
<li>Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security.</li>
</ul>
<p>SaaS Metrics & Reporting:</p>
<ul>
<li>Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p>Cross-Departmental Collaboration:</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Finance and Executive teams to align metrics and reporting with business goals.</li>
<li>Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on CRM platforms.</li>
<li>Strong background in CRM backend configuration, automation, and integration for Salesforce and HubSpot.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Experience with SaaS business models and associated KPIs/metrics.</li>
<li>Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.]</li>
<li>Proven experience in end-to-end system migration projects</li>
<li>Certifications in Salesforce</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.</li>
<li>Hard-working, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Planhat, Totango, Zendesk, and Dataloader.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SQL, APEX, and other querying or scripting tools used for data management and CRM customization.</li>
<li>Experience with HubSpot administration.<br><br></li>
