As a Principal User Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and efficient experiences across complex, data-driven products. This is a hands-on principal role focused on translating business requirements into clear, system-driven user flows, patterns, and interactions. You will partner closely with product and engineering to drive alignment, simplify complexity, and deliver high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your Day-to-Day at Sagent: Design Leadership Through Execution: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead by example through high-quality design execution while acting as a senior design voice across product teams</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentor and guide designers, influencing team output, consistency, and decision-making </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to theFigma design system to support a growing enterprise ecosystem</li> </ul> Enterprise Product & Design System: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Standardizeworkflows for contribution, governance, and adoption of new design patterns, driving alignment across product and engineering teams</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support while designing data-driven, rules-based systems with clear, predictable behavior and interactions</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Balance usability, business constraints, and technical feasibility to deliver effective system-level solutions</li> </ul> Collaboration with Product & Engineering: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with product and engineering to refine requirements, shape solutions, and ensure design decisions are feasible, scalable, and effectively implemented</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate technical and AI capabilities into practical, user-centered experiences within existing product ecosystems</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communicate effectively across teams, influencing decisions and navigating differing perspectives to drive aligned outcomes</li> </ul> Efficient Design Execution (AI-Enabled): <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and delivery</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Produce the appropriate level of artifacts (flows, wireframes, mockups) with a focus on clarity, usability, and speed over exhaustive documentation</li> </ul> Operating in a Dynamic Environment: </div> <div> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate effectively in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, navigating ambiguity and incomplete inputs</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Apply sound judgment to prioritize work, balance innovation with feasibility, and drive meaningful outcomes</li> </ul> Tools & Technical Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating reusable components, variants, and scalable design patterns</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use Figma effectively for user flows, interaction design, and efficient cross-functional collaboration</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work pragmatically with low-to-medium fidelity artifacts based on product needs, timelines, and complexity</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with Git is a plus</li> </ul> </div> #LI-REMOTE #LI-AN1<div class="content-conclusion">  Perks!
