We're committed to supporting each person's journey, from in\-home support to assisted living, adult day services, and skilled nursing. **Summary** Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents, under the direction of a Registered Nurse; to ensure the goal of providing care to our residents in an atmosphere of comfort, independence, and dignity. **Essential Functions** *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* * Supervises unit care of residents, assigns duties to Certified Nursing Assistants, evaluates completion of duties, and makes reassignments as necessary to ensure provision of service to the residents. * Observes, documents and reports any significant changes in the resident's condition that warrants medical and/or nursing intervention. * Assures the provision of nursing services and takes action to ensure fulfilling resident wishes and promoting the least restrictive alternative of care. * Revises care plans daily as needed, by identifying problems, formulating measurable goals, and incorporating resident/family wishes and teaching; while respecting and promoting the resident to self\-direct their own care. * Administers medications to assigned residents as ordered by the physician, including intravenous services. **Required Skills/Abilities** Consistent execution of quality customer service**.** Maintains and demonstrates ethical conduct**.** Able to effectively communicate with geriatric and/or confused residents and a variety of other people such as family members, visitors, vendors, Private Duty Residents
