Front Office Manager

We are hotel doing short term letting. We require a fulltime person to manage the front desk. We use Resly as our booking software. Experience with Resly, Property Management Software or any similar Management Software will be handy. The job requires to enter daily bookings, check out guests, check and action daily emails, deal with booking agents, checking rooms, check in guests, take payments, prepare reports work with the cleaning crew and the building manager, answering the phone etc. This is a temporary position and could lead to a fulltime position. Working hours is from 8:30 am to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. Wages will be negotiated depending on experience.
