Description: As a valued member of the provincial Database Services team of 21 DBAs, the IT Infrastructure Services 4 (Senior Database Administrator) will deliver quality service in a fast\-paced and high\-energy environment. You will work independently and within a team to perform complex database tasks, in support of mission\-critical Oracle databases for AHS/HSS. You will be responsible for database backups, failovers and monitoring; data refreshes of non\-production environments; security/audit compliance and security patching; application/database configuration and version upgrades. There is evening and weekend work and on call support in a rotation of 7 people.
