**JOB HIGHLIGHTS\-****Sales Representative**
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.
**Responsibilities\-****Sales Representative**
* **Performing initial contact, follow\-up contact and residence tours** for potential customers and/or family members
* **Assuring community awareness of the residence** through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
* **Developing and executing lead events** according to approved event schedule
* **Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity**
* **Assists with** the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program
