You will receive competitive rewards and access to benefits programs and world\-class learning resources. **Accenture Flex** employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. **Job Description:** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. * Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows. * Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision\-making. * Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes. * Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution. * Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems. * Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems. * Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT). * Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures. * Provide end\-user support, training, and documentation. **Basic Qualifications
