Position Overview CloudFirst is seeking a hands\-on Systems Engineer to support client environments across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects. Our engineers work across the full technology lifecycle—from Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and security administration to firewall deployments, wireless networking, infrastructure upgrades, and client modernization initiatives. Current projects include substantial network and infrastructure work, while our long\-term business remains centered around managed Microsoft cloud, security, and modern workplace services. As a result, this role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both networking and Microsoft technologies and wants to continue growing across multiple disciplines. This position combines remote support, onsite project work, infrastructure deployments, and direct client engagement.
