**Title – Senior Compliance Consultant**

**Location \- Oakland, CA (hybrid)**
**Pay Range: 70k \-90k/annum**
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/NEAR WORK LOCATION \- OAKLAND. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND REQUIRED ON\-SITE AT OAKLAND GO 3 DAYS A WEEK. CLIENT LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED. ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUPPLIER. CALLS AND MEETINGS WILL BE VIA MS TEAMS.

**Job Description:**Lead and participate in cross\-organizational projects that will maintain and strengthen CLIENT's Shared Services compliance infrastructure. Analyze current compliance processes, benchmark as needed, and provide guidance to officers, directors, and their staffs.
Assist Shared Services organizations with the design and implementation of best practice guidance, procedures, controls, and metrics that facilitates employees' ability to find and understand the external and internal compliance requirements
