This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast\-paced startup environment, taking ownership of products, and building intelligent automation that replaces manual workflows. You will collaborate with domain experts to develop AI\-powered solutions that accelerate renewable energy infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and deploy production\-grade AI agents for complex business workflows. * Develop end\-to\-end features across backend services, ETL pipelines, databases, and cloud infrastructure. * Build automation systems that streamline permitting, siting, and interconnection processes. * Work closely with product managers and domain experts to deliver impactful features. * Scale AI\-driven platforms handling increasing workloads and data volumes. * Apply AI technologies to solve real\-world infrastructure and energy challenges. Required Qualifications * 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience. * Recent hands\-on experience deploying AI agents into production. * Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. * Experience with LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or similar agent frameworks. * Experience building scalable backend systems, ETL pipelines, databases, and infrastructure. * Comfortable working in startup environments with high ownership. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a rel
