Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is a one\-of\-a\-kind rehabilitation and community re\-entry facility in Lake Katrine, NY (near Kingston, NY), specializing in: * Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) * Ventilator Care and Ventilator Weaning * Neurobehavioral Disorders * Complex Medical Recovery **We are currently looking for a OccupationalTherapist\-Per Diem (weekday availability)** **Responsibilities:** * Demonstrate competence in OccuaptionalTherapy evaluation, goal setting, treatment, and EMR documentation * Chart appropriately and timely * Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers * Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information * Maintain an excellent working relationship with facility staff members * Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility * Read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Provide dependable, regular per diem coverage weekdays/weekends **Requirements:** * Must possess a degree from an accredited academic program conferring the title of Registered Occupational Therapist. * Possess a current, unencumbered, NYS license and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment * 1 year of experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferred EEO Employer
