The Role: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with strong Linux and VMware expertise to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure within a data center environment in a Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Linux servers, VMware virtualization platforms, system performance, security, and operational stability while ensuring high availability of critical telecom and business systems. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux server environments (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, or equivalent). * Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual machines, and associated infrastructure components. * Perform server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, and system hardening activities. * Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, performance, and availability across physical and virtual environments in a telecom production environment. * Troubleshoot Linux OS, VMware, storage, and networking issues impacting telecom services. * Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, authentication services, and security policies. * Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes aligned with telecom SLAs. * Implement and maintain system monitoring and automation tools used in managed services operations. * Perform root cause analysis and proactively resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA timelines. * Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system confi
