We Are Multimatic **Position Overview** Multimatic’s Test Department is looking for a Test Engineer to support the development and validation of new product. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross\-functional engineering teams to evaluate components and full vehicle systems, contributing directly to how products perform in real\-world conditions. You’ll be part of a team that support Multimatic’s full product portfolio through durability, performance, environmental, NVH, and material testing to confirm that designs meet functional, reliability, and customer requirements. Individual responsibilities will focus on specific disciplines and technologies, with opportunities to build expertise in defined areas while contributing to the broader validation effort across the team. This position is well suited for someone who takes a hands\-on approach to engineering and enjoys working directly with hardware, instrumentation, and test systems to solve technical challenges. **Key** **Responsibilities:** * Support the planning and execution of test programs to validate the functional, performance, and reliability of automotive systems * Prepare and conduct testing by setting up, configuring, and calibrating required equipment and instrumentation * Design and develop test fixtures and systems to support testing activities, where required * Analyze test data, identify issues, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve technical problems * Contribute to the development and improvement of test methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and data quality * Document and communic
