This is your opportunity to take ownership of your section, work with fresh, high\-quality ingredients and contribute to building the standards of one of Berlin's newest Italian restaurants. **If you're passionate about cooking and ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.** **Your role \& responsibilities** You are responsible for your section and contribute to the success of every service: * Manage your station independently before, during and after service * Prepare and plate dishes according to Big Mamma recipes and quality standards * Ensure consistency, presentation and product quality at all times * Organize mise en place and daily production efficiently * Support and guide Commis de Cuisine in their daily development * Work closely with Sous Chefs and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations * Monitor stock levels and minimize waste * Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards **Your expertise helps shape the quality, rhythm and culture of our kitchen every day.** **What we're looking for** * Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a high\-volume or quality\-focused restaurant * Strong technical cooking skills and excellent organization * Ability to manage your section independently * Passion for Italian cuisine and high\-quality ingredients * Leadership mindset and willingness to support junior team members * Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail * Reliable, proactive and team\-oriented **You're someone who takes pride in your craft and enjoys helping others grow.** **What we offer** * Unbefristeter Vertrag * Vollzeit \+ 2 feste fre
