In this role, you will transform homes with precise paint application, proper surface preparation, and a commitment to leaving every job site cleaner than you found it. Responsibilities * Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure proper adhesion and long\-lasting finishes * Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, siding, doors, decks, and other residential surfaces * Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to complete projects efficiently and professionally * Protect flooring, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas using proper masking and covering techniques * Follow project specifications and work orders to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations * Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold safety standards at all times * Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications * Would prefer experience. * Outside work experience preferred. (Ex: Landscaping, construction, painting) \- Or any other trade * Willingness to learn and communicate effectively.
